Project Veil was initiated following ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. The primary objective is identification, recovery, and analysis of boundary interface material (BIM) — a particulate residue produced under conditions of █████████████████████████████████.

BIM is distinguished from standard organic ash or environmental particulate by its anomalous interaction with proximate electronic systems. In controlled conditions, BIM samples have demonstrated ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████. The mechanism of this interaction is not yet understood.

// 3. PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS — SUMMARY

Phase 1 analysis confirms the presence of anomalous electrostatic properties in the recovered material. Samples exhibit measurable interaction with proximate electronic systems at a range of up to ██ metres under controlled conditions.

The material does not degrade under standard storage. Interaction with ████████████████████████████ produced a signal consistent with prior theoretical models. This result has not been replicated outside laboratory conditions.

Phase 1 conclusion: material is consistent with the ████████████ hypothesis. Phase 2 collection is warranted.
